Paris Lawrence serves as Director of LAC Strategy & Operations in the Office of Culture & Experience at UnitedHealth Group, where he leads enterprise initiatives that strengthen leadership, talent, and organizational culture across a global workforce of more than 400,000 employees. He partners with senior leaders to advance executive engagement, leadership development, and talent strategies that align with business priorities.
His career spans regional, flagship, and Ivy League institutions before transitioning to the Fortune 3 corporate landscape. At UnitedHealth Group, Paris has helped design leadership development experiences, advise executive leaders, and lead enterprise initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness and measurable impact.
Paris earned a BBA in Human Resource Management from Georgia Southern University and an M.Ed. in College Student Affairs from the University of Georgia. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Learning, Leadership, and Organization Development at the University of Georgia, where his research explores how executives develop understanding and make decisions in complex, fast-changing environments.
