Paris Lawrence is a strategic leader in Learning & Talent Development, currently serving as Director in the Office of Inclusion & Belonging at UnitedHealth Group—ranked a Fortune 3 company as of June 2025. In this enterprise-wide role, Paris leads the creation and delivery of
learning experiences that embed inclusion into leadership, elevate talent strategy, and strengthen organizational culture across a global workforce of more than 400,000 employees.

His professional journey spans regional, flagship, and Ivy League institutions, where he built a reputation for designing transformative learning experiences, and he has since brought that expertise to one of the largest healthcare companies in the world. At UnitedHealth Group, Paris has co-created leadership programs, redesigned enterprise learning content, and partnered with senior leaders to deliver tailored, high-impact development experiences that drive measurable business outcomes.

Paris earned a BBA in Human Resource Management from Georgia Southern University and an
M.Ed. in College Student Affairs from the University of Georgia. He is currently pursuing a
Ph.D. in Learning, Leadership, and Organizational Development at UGA, where he is engaged in
advanced scholarly inquiry into how adults and organizations learn and change in complex
environments.

Paris is known for his ability to translate vision into strategy, facilitate with authenticity and
depth, and craft learning experiences that are bold, human-centered, and built for scale.
