Kyle C. Gilchrist is originally from Warner Robins, GA but currently resides in Huntsville, AL. He is a former Staffer/Constituent Support Administrator for the Huntsville City Council office. Working directly under City Council President Devyn Keith, Kyle has provided council to many entities from constituents, local businesses, and various boards and commission organizations. Mr. Gilchrist currently serves as a Technical Writer-Editor to the Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) Logistics Center (ALC) Publication Services Division, supporting multiple major weapons systems in all areas and stages of their logistics life cycles. He supports managing programs, chairing verifications, and technical writing for complex Acquisition Category (ACAT) level I and below programs. He is also a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., a previous member of the Georgia Southern Young Alumni Chapter, a previous board member for the Community Action Partnership Huntsville branch, a previous member of the Advisory Committee for the Family Services Center Board of Directors, Huntsville, AL and 2019 graduate of the Diversity Leadership Colloquium (DLC), Cohort XII, Huntsville, AL. Kyle is a 2018 college graduate from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and a minor in Justice Studies. While a student at Georgia Southern, he held internships and jobs which provided him experience working with federal, state, and city government. Prior positions held include Congressional Intern, Office of Congressman Sanford D. Bishop, Jr. (GA-02), Washington, D.C. and student trainee, Army Acquisition Support Center, Program Executive Office: Missiles and Space, CCWS, Redstone Arsenal, AL.
