Larry Donnell Howard III was born and raised in Macon, Georgia. A proud Double Eagle, he earned both his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology (Class of 2023) and his Master of Public Health (Class of 2025) from Georgia Southern University. His dedication to academic
excellence and leadership was recognized through his induction into the Delta Omega Honorary Society in Public Health.
During his time at Georgia Southern, Larry actively engaged in campus life, holding membership in the Caribbean Student Association (CSA), the NAACP, and the Public Health Student Association. These experiences reflect his strong commitment to community engagement and cultural awareness.
Currently, Larry serves as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where he has consistently demonstrated compassion, professionalism, and leadership in his work. His supervisors and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) have praised his performance and encouraged him to pursue BCBA certification himself—affirming his potential and dedication to the field of behavioral health.
