Product Line Manager, Nordson Medical-Fluid Components
B.S., Biochemistry (’22)
Loveland, CO

Addie Evans is a Product Line Manager at Nordson Medical, where she leads global strategy and growth initiatives for a $15 million Quick Connect product line. In this role, she has had the opportunity to launch over 30 new parts, grow the product line by $2 million in a single year, and support the successful transition of her product to a new manufacturing facility in China. Her experience spans several manufacturing industries—including medical device, industrial coating, and packaging—and she has collaborated with global teams to drive innovation, efficiency, and customer‑focused solutions.

While studying at Georgia Southern University, she was actively involved in student leadership. She served as Vice President of the Society of Women Engineers, led outdoor education trips as a Team Lead with Southern Adventures, and worked closely with the Chemistry and Biochemistry Department as a teaching assistant. Remaining engaged with Georgia Southern remains important—she has participated in alumni events, Professional Development Day, and Career Fairs, and currently represents the university through her company’s Commercial Leadership Development Program.

Outside of work, she serves as the Event Committee Chair for the Fort Collins Chapter of the Junior League and recently joined the Project Management Institute’s Denver Chapter. These roles have allowed her to connect with a diverse range of professionals and continue building strong, inclusive communities. She is passionate about strategic engagement, continuous learning, and helping others feel connected—no matter where they are in their careers or in the world.
