Business Description
Lucky U Property Inspections, LLC is a trusted residential property inspection company serving homebuyers, homeowners, real estate professionals, and housing organizations, including housing authorities, throughout Metro Atlanta and surrounding communities. Founded and owned by husband-and-wife team Brandon and Candace Puckett, Lucky U is committed to providing thorough, reliable, and easy-to-understand inspections that give clients the information they need to make confident decisions about their properties.
We provide thorough, detailed, and professional property inspections designed to give clients a clear understanding of a home’s condition. Our inspections focus on identifying potential safety concerns, maintenance issues, defects, and areas that may require further evaluation or repair, helping clients make informed decisions with confidence.
Led by an experienced, InterNACHI-certified inspector, Lucky U Property Inspections is committed to delivering more than just an inspection report. We believe in education, not intimidation, taking the time to explain our findings and answer questions so our clients fully understand the property they are considering.
Our services include residential home inspections, re-inspections, new construction inspections, and NSPIRE/HUD-style inspections for housing organizations. We also work closely with real estate professionals and provide trusted referrals to qualified specialists when additional evaluation or services are needed.
At Lucky U Property Inspections, our goal is simple: to give you the information you need to protect your investment and move forward with confidence.
