The Georgia Southern University Alumni Association offers an annual alumni tour to the wonderful country of Ireland. Partnering with the Georgia Southern Center for Irish Research and Teaching, the tour will join Georgia Southern students studying abroad and explore the Wexford-Savannah Axis. Establishing lifelong relationships with alumni, students and friends is at the core of our mission. As we continue to explore all that our University has to offer, we hope that this trip will not only offer a wonderful educational opportunity but also allow alumni to come together and explore their common bonds. 2025 Alumni Tour Details
We can’t wait for you to join us on the 2025 Ireland Trip as we explore beautiful Ireland! Register for an upcoming information session to get all of the details and hear from past attendees!
- Trip Dates: June 8 -15, 2025
- Location: Dublin, Wexford, and Galway
- Cost: Single Supplement: $4,220 | Double pp: $3,408
- Deposit Amount: $575 (includes a $25 donation to the Center for Irish Research and Teaching)
- Deadline for deposit: October 31, 2024
- Deadline for final payment: March 31, 2025

Step 2. Complete Your Trip Payment
You’re closer to the rolling green hills of Ireland. Pay your remaining trip balance by March 31.

- 8 Day, 7 Nights bed & breakfast in standard twin or double rooms
- Single rooms supplement are limited but available on request
- 4 Evening meals and 3 lunches are included
- Flights are not included
- Travel Insurance is not included and we would strongly recommend that everyone purchases insurance
- The above tour pricing is based on 24 people traveling.
- The price is subject to availability.
- While every effort will be made to deliver the forthcoming itinerary in full, some elements may be subject to change. An equally valued alternative will be provided in such instances.
Cancellation Policy
Please note, deposits are non-refundable. All cancellations must be submitted via e-mail to Ava Edwards at avaedwards@georgiasouthern.edu and are subject to the following cancellation charges:
- From time of booking to 6 weeks prior to date of arrival – 10% of total tour price.
- 4 to 6 weeks prior to date of arrival – 25% of total tour price.
- 4 to 2 weeks prior to date of arrival – 50% of the total tour price.
- 2 weeks or less prior to the date of arrival – 100% of the total tour price.
No refunds or credits will be allowed for any unused package elements. If package prices have been misprinted or misquoted, the customer will be offered the correct price or may cancel with a full refund. If your trip is canceled by Club Choice Ireland, or the Georgia Southern University Alumni Association for whatever reason, all deposits and payments will be refunded in full.
