Corporate Enterprise Governance

As Managing Director at Rollins, Inc., I architected a “Branch of the Future” strategy to centralize field infrastructure across an 850-location global portfolio. By leading the Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO), I implemented a governance model designed to drive $10M in projected annualized SG&A savings through business modernization and M&A integration.

Collegiate Athletics Infrastructure Leadership

During my tenure as Associate Athletic Director at Georgia Tech, I served as the owner’s representative for over $116M in capital projects (including Mac Nease Ballpark at Russ Chandler Stadium) and authored a comprehensive $400M, 30-year facilities master plan (including Thomas A. Fanning Student-Athlete Performance Center). I directed zero-failure operations for over 300 annual events, including nationally significant milestones such as the Super Bowl, NCAA Final Fours and the College Football Playoff.

Educational Impact and Pay-Forward Mentorship

While at the University of Minnesota, I developed and taught an undergraduate Facility & Event Management course. I intentionally modeled this curriculum and my teaching style after the faculty who shaped my own professional foundation, most notably the late Dr. Willie Burden. This allowed me to pay forward the mentorship I received, preparing the next generation of leaders through the same values I gained as a student.
