As Plant Manager for two manufacturing facilities (172 employees), I led a full operational turnaround from negative EBITDA and chronic safety and quality challenges to stable, profitable performance. Within one year, we delivered $3M in bottom-line recovery through disciplined labor management, improved quality systems, inventory optimization and customer relationship rebuilding. We reduced customer complaints by 30% and increased sales volume by $1M per month through regained trust and technical product growth. Most importantly, we implemented a strict Safety-First culture that eliminated normalized unsafe machine interaction and established structured reporting and prevention systems.

Across 13 years in manufacturing leadership roles spanning three global organizations, I have consistently delivered $2–5M in annual EBITDA improvement. As a Product & Process Improvement Leader, I led Focused Improvement initiatives generating $3.8M projected savings in 2021, $3.4M in 2020, $1.6M in 2019 and $1.7M in 2018, with sustained reductions in rework and scrap by 50%. In global leadership roles, I built and implemented standardized customer complaint tracking and root cause analysis systems across seven international sites following a merger. I developed structured global CI & Quality reporting cadences, trained leaders in problem-solving methodologies, and improved reporting accuracy and accountability. Earlier in my career, I led global change management initiatives for enterprise-wide SAP, Salesforce, and time management implementations — ensuring end-user adoption ahead of target and building durable systems that supported long-term operational stability.
