Virginia C. Josey is a trial attorney and founding partner of Virginia Josey Law. She attained her B.A. from Georgia Southern University, with honors. Virginia remains active in the mock trial community. She also the only female faculty presenter for the upcoming Trial Academy for Georgia high schoolers. For the past three years she has served as the Middle Georgia Regional Coordinator for the Legal Food Frenzy benefiting the 24 counties and the Middle Georgia Food Bank. During her time as a board member of the MGALERT, Middle Georgia Alliance to End Regional Trafficking, Virginia spoke to organizations about human labor and sex trafficking while lobbying for continued protections for victims.
Virginia is licensed to practice in every trial court in Georgia, along with the Georgia Court of Appeals, Georgia Supreme Court, and the United States District Courts for Georgia. Virginia is actively involved in the legal community, including the State Bar of Georgia, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association of Justice. She serves as President of Middle Georgia Women Lawyers Association. She is also President of Macon’s Young Lawyers Association.
