For Xavier Scott (‘22), a Guest Experience Coordinator, a successful matchday means ensuring Atlanta Stadium is flawless before the gates even open. From keeping operational areas fully stocked to sorting meal vouchers, managing wristband allocations and prepping the AMB suite, Xavier makes a massive checklist of pre-match logistics look like just another day at the office.
Logistics are only half the battle, as Xavier is also an expert on service recovery. When a frustrated fan got lost and missed the pre-game Fan Fest, Xavier stepped in proactively, helped guide them where they needed to go and completely turned their day around. Thanks to his attentiveness, a stressful afternoon was transformed back into an unforgettable World Cup experience.
