His impact goes far beyond logistics. Will’s resourcefulness helped him overcome a language barrier through the use of a translation app, helping a distressed fan find his lost Japanese passport. Reflecting on the moment, Will shared, “To see the relief and joy on his face when he was reunited with his passport did not need words to express the gratitude he had in that moment.”
