Earning the SHRM-CP Certification
In 2019, I earned my SHRM-CP certification, a milestone that marked both a professional and personal achievement in my career. This certification not only strengthened my technical expertise in human resources, but also reinforced my commitment to continuous growth and excellence in the field.
Mentor of the Year – Women in Baseball ERG
In 2024, I was honored to receive the Mentor of the Year Award from our Women in Baseball Employee Resource Group. This award was voted on by participants in the mentorship program. I led a cohort of seven women across the organization, facilitating monthly sessions centered on professional development, personal growth and community building. My intention was to create a safe and inclusive space that encouraged vulnerability, authentic dialogue and connection. The experience was deeply meaningful and being recognized by my mentees affirmed the positive impact of my leadership and commitment to developing others.
Promotion from Senior Manager to Director
In January 2025, I stepped into a Senior Manager role at my current organization hoping to make a meaningful and measurable impact. Within ten months, I was promoted to Director. Earning the trust and recognition of my leadership team in such a short timeframe is an accomplishment I’m incredibly proud of.
