One of my proudest accomplishments has been helping develop a first-of-its-kind remote production workflow at Warner Bros. Discovery. Working alongside a talented team of engineers, I helped build the Multi-Feed Production (MFP) workflow, which revolutionized how we produce live sports and news. Before MFP, every event required a full production truck, dedicated engineering staff and production crews on site. Today, our purpose-built portable production systems connect venues directly back to our Techwood campus, where centralized engineering and production teams can support multiple live events simultaneously. The result is a more efficient, standardized production model that reduces travel, simplifies the technology deployed at each venue and allows us to deliver the same high-quality broadcasts viewers expect.

I’m also proud of the live events I’ve had the opportunity to support throughout my career, including March Madness, the NBA Playoffs, the Stanley Cup Playoffs, the Olympic Games, presidential and midterm elections and presidential debates. These broadcasts have challenged me to solve complex technical problems in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Finally, becoming a supervisor has been one of the most rewarding milestones of my career. Leading and mentoring a talented team of engineers has shown me that helping others grow can be just as fulfilling as solving technical challenges myself.
