Justin Bradley (’10, ’12)

Morris Bank has hired me to come in and help build a team, help build a new branch in a market that the bank has never operated in before, and then run the local market’s branch profitably / successfully. As I enter my 12th year in banking, I am currently one of the youngest Market President’s in the state. I am very humbled at the trust, confidence and support the bank is placing in me to promote the Morris Bank brand and culture in our new Macon-Bibb County market.

Prior to moving to Morris Bank I was with Cadence Bank working as a commercial lender in Macon, Georgia. Cadence had 31 one branches in the state of Georgia with a number of other commercial lenders in each market. For the prior 2 years before I joined Morris Bank, I was the number 2 leading lender in the entire state for the bank. I was on track to achieve this goal for a third straight year but ended up leaving prior to the calendar year end in 2025.

I also recently completed a three-year program to achieve my Diploma from the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University (Class of 2023). The program is designed for the next generation of leaders within the banking industry. The program helps individuals learn how the corporate side of the bank operates and helps individuals learn how to, one day, run a bank. Not all banks sponsor a member of their team to participate in this regional program. I was the only member from the Georgia region of my bank to attend during the three-year period I was in the program. Locally, I completed a year-long leadership program put on by our local Chamber and am now a part of the 2019 graduating class for Leadership Macon. Lastly, during my time at my previous bank, I received different awards that included being named to the annual Equipment Finance – Million Dollar Club (3x), multiple quarterly top lending professional awards, and community involvement recognition for time spent in our community with various not-for-profit partners.
