Matt Donaldson graduated from Georgia Southern in 2013 with his B.B.A. in Finance. He has worked for Durden Banking Company in Twin City for 18 years. Donaldson currently serve as the Chief Financial Officer as well as managing a loan portfolio.
Additional career highlights for Donaldson include serving on the City Commission of the City of Twin City for 9 years, with 5 of those years as Mayor. He was appointed by Governor Brian Kemp in 2021 to the Georgia Board of Education to represent the 12th Congressional District. Donaldson was chosen for GS Alumni Association 40 under 40 Class of 2018 and served on the Parker College of Business Young Alumni Board from 2019 to 2024.
