Nehemiah Robertson (’24)
Outstanding Senior Award

Robertson was born in Böblingen, Germany in 2001. He started school in Hawaii and later moved to Georgia in 2010 to Gwinnett County. Both of his parents are army veterans. Robertson uses his military family background to learn about new cultures and perspectives. Robertson’s music background lies within the vocal music area. He started singing in chorus in 3rd grade on whim and stayed in chorus all the way throughout his higher education. His music technology class inspired him to pursue music composition. Nehemiah very much enjoyed his time at Georgia Southern University, where he obtained a Music B.M. (Concentration in Composition) and a Music Education B.M. (Choral). Nehemiah is continuing his higher education at Indiana University under the Jacobs School of Music for M.M. Music Scoring for Visual Media starting in Fall 2024.
